A: [Yes, as long as rates are posted with the city and state, we can charge _X_ dollars.]

A: [Yes. Everyone has the right. You have 10 days from date of release to set up a hearing request. There is a fee involved when setting up a request for hearing with the courts.]

A: [Yes, if it is a local branch, with the current address on a legal I.D. matching the address of the check]

Q: [Do you set up time calls?]
A: [Preferably call 1 hour ahead of the time you're wanting the tow truck. Due to unknown circumstances and situations, it is very difficult to set up time calls.]
